Thomas Martin Perry, Jr. passed away at home on November 11, 2025 in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee on November 14, 1963.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Ann Hartley; his father, Thomas Martin Perry, Sr.; and his sister, Karen Hall.
He is survived by siblings, Michael Joseph Perry, Eva Jean Martin, Melissa Ann Perry, Joanne Hunnicutt, and Nita Kay Duckett.
A memorial service will be held on November 30, 2025 from 2-4pm at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Greenbrier, TN.
