Randall Otto "Randy" Gifford passed on July 21st, 2023 at his home in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto Gifford and Avon Culwell Gifford and his sister, Emily Diane Gifford Elliott. He is survived by his daughter Brandy Shannon Perry and her husband Trenton "Trent" Perry of Houston, Texas and his grandchildren David, Brandon and Nicholas. He is also survived by his siblings Shirley Ann Gray, William Earl Hanna and his wife Peggy, Alice Faye "Tina" Gifford Smith.
