James David Thomas

March 3, 1947 - August 30, 2016

Jim passed away peacefully at his home in Santa Fe, TN. He served his country in the Navy. Jim was a loving husband to Mary A. Thomas, and loving father to his three children; Kathryn Brown, James Weatherspoon, and Maggie Gordon. Jim also was a wonderful grandfather to his four grandchildren; Brianna and Serria Brown, Mattox Weatherspoon, and Leslie Hopkins. Jim was survived by his brothers; George (Lisa) Thomas and Don (Doris) Thomas, and his sister; Audry (Gordon) Welch, all in Thomaston, GA. Jim was a loving man and will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
