David Ray Hewitt

February 13, 1948 - August 25, 2016

David Hewitt, 68, died peacefully in his home on 8/25.2016 in Pulaski, TN. He is survived in death by two daughters, Jo Hewit and Austin Gatlin, and Megan Hewitt, two step-daughters, Elizabeth Pearson and Amy Lagel, four granddaughters and two grandsons, and one sister. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Willena Hewitt, and brother, Brian Hewitt, of Decatur, AL. David was born on 2/13/1948 in Dalton, GA. He served as a naval corpsmen in Vietnam and was the owner/operator of Sheet Metal Fabricators. A celebration of life is scheduled for Sept. 10th at 5pm at his old homestead in Diana, TN
